"The Warrior Mindset" is your guide as you make your way through life, getting 1% better every day. We believe that life is lived—truly lived—through adversity. Nothing easy is ever worth it in the end. We believe in the warrior ethos and support those that choose to walk the path.

Why did you start your podcast?

I've been podcasting since 2015 for the various industries I've worked in. I started this one during the 2020 pandemic because I felt a need to spread some positivity into the universe.

What's been your biggest challenge?

So far, it's been creating all the ancillary "stuff" to get the episodes out. Your product (Podium) is helping that in a HUGE way!

How has podcasting impacted your personal and professional life?

Back when I did it for https://unmatchedstyle.com, it was to help promote our events/conferences and bridge the gap between people and places. The Warrior Mindset fits seamlessly into my Coaching and Martial Arts teaching practice almost the same way.

What advice do you have new podcasters?

I've learned to stay consistent with the work. You've got to have a level of discipline to keep the work going. Also: make sure you are truly passionate about what your show is about. You're not going to get rich from it, so make sure you love it.

Anything else you'd like to share with world?

I am a 3rd Degree Blackbelt and both of my sons are 1st Degree Blackbelts as well. :)

How has Podium improved your workflow?

It has made all the ancillary content creation fast and has enabled me to get more work pushed out faster. It does most of the hard work for me almost magically.
