Tell us about your show!
We are a golf podcast that interviews interesting people who don't normally get interviews about golf. Whether a past president of HBO to a library owner in Edinburgh. Based in the East Lothian, Scotland, the home of the oldest golf clubs in the world.
Why did you start your podcast?
Playing the links, I spoke to so many interesting people that I had to start broadcasting their amazing stories.
What's been your biggest challenge?
I'm extremely dyslexic, and the barriers of show notes and tags really made things difficult for me. That’s why Podium has helped to no end.
How has podcasting impacted your personal and professional life?
People have opened up to me because of being a podcaster and told me their stories; it has shown that I'm interested in them.
What advice do you have for new podcasters?
Just go for it. You will get it wrong, I started talking about the professional game and now I'm almost exclusively interviewing. Just get going and don't be a perfectionist.
Anything else you'd like to share with world?
Speak to everyone, ask questions and be open with them all. Life comes at you fast and you never know who you might be standing next to.
How has Podium improved your workflow?
I wouldn't be able to podcast without Podium my dyslexia brought up a number of barriers. Podium solved those barriers.
